- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My friend and I travel from Omaha to Des Moines very frequently and have made this gas station a reaccuring stop every time we head home and it's all because of a wonderful woman named Elayne. Let me tell you about our modern day hero. A few weeks ago, 4am, my friend and I were exhausted and my car wouldn't start. Elayne, without complaint or attitude leant a helping hand and got us on our way. After a small reunion tonight, I had to give this woman some recognition. Same welcoming smile I remember and once again, one cranky woman with quite the drive ahead of her left smiling. Thank you Elayne.
